To Whom It May Concern
I contacted SSE-franchise in June 2005 and explained what I needed for me to be able to purchase a school. Mark was very flexible regarding the structure of the franchise and encouraged me to visit a working franchisee to see for myself how the system works. Mark and his team put time and energy into answering my questions and when personal health issues arose were very compassionate and supportive. I had paid a deposit, but due to extenuating circumstances I felt I could not continue to commence the franchise. Mark, in fact, suggested that I be released from my contractual obligation and I have had my deposit money refunded in full. I believe a company that puts compassion on its priority list and then practices that compassion is a rarity these days.
