Thank you for the Great Day Hiking!!

Thanks, Derek!!

Thanks, Derek!!

On behalf of  Smith’s School of English Kamishinjo スミス英会話 上新庄校,  and Smith’s School of English Ohtsuスミス英会話 大津校, I would like to thank  John from Smith’s School of English Kawanishi スミス英会話 川西校 and Derek from Smith’s School of English Tsukaguchi スミス英会話 塚口校 for including us in the Hiking Event that your schools hosted on Sunday, June 28th, 2009.  I think I speak for everyone when I say that it was a perfect day.   The weather was great, the company was fun and the scenery was beautiful.  All of the students seemed to enjoy their chance to practice English and it’s always fun to  spend some time with students and get to know other teachers a little bit better.

John’s post describes the day beautifully, so I will keep this short and simply say one more time,  Thanks for a great day!!!!

Thank you also for writing such a fabulous post, John!!  It captured the day brilliantly!!  ….except for the singing, which was very entertaining!!!!!   Do I hear karaoke, anyone????

Thanks, John!!!

Thanks, John!!!

It makes me so happy to see Smith’s school owners out there enjoying nature with their students. John, Derek and indeed all Smith’s Coaches and owners, thank you.

  1. [...] Sunday June 28th Masako joined Smith’s “Hiking in Hyogo” event. This started with meeting at JR Ishiyama station at 8:00am, 2 hours of chatting with teachers and other students [in English]. Along the way, teachers and students from SSE Kamishinjo, SSE Kawanishi and SSE Tsukaguchi joined the group. We walked and talked and ate lunch all day, finishing around 5:00pm. All told, Masako was immersed in English for over 9 hours! For more on this event, click HERE [...]
