I really appreciate it and it is obvious that you and so many other franchisees also enjoy what you are doing and want to see the Smith's TEAM succeed. It is this kind of approach that will assure our mutual success. I really think that there is no better way to operate an English school in Japan. All the franchisees benefit for the association with a larger franchise, the curriculum, training, great staff, website and from each other's experiences shared on this site.
