By the way, I recently tried a new croissant with white chocolate and raisins inside. It was amazing! You might want to try it! Oh and the shop opens at 7:30am. By the way, I recently tried a new croissant with white chocolate and raisins inside. It was amazing! You might want to try it! Oh and the shop opens at 7:30am. The other day, I went soon after they opened. The chocolate in a chocolate croissant that I ate was still melted! Now that’s fresh! Delicious!

It's great you have found a nice local bakery you like so much. I also have a little local bakery across from my school in Ohtsu. The bakery is called "Hiro" and the owner (Hiro-san) is a really nice guy. We have a nice supportive relationship- he keeps my Smith's School of English Ohtsu flyers on the counter of the bakery, and i (like you) send students there for snacks, as well as buying my lunch there often. Furthermore, one of his staff members is going to Canada soon, and may join our school prior to leaving. I always enjoy going in to Hiro for lunch, a snack, or just a friendly chat! (It helps me with studying Japanese as well!) Next time i'm in Tsukaguchi, i'll definitely try some baked goods at Feinbrot!
