| Summary Description: Located on the main Osaka JR loop line, just one train stop from the very center of Osaka's Umeda station, Fukushima is an ideal location. For about 7 years now a heavy "re-urbanization" program has lured many of those living in the suburbs of Osaka back into the high density, high rise living of the city center. As the population increases the Osaka CBD is steadily expanding to include Fukushima. Limited major competitors exist at this station, Fukushima is too close to Osaka station for the major competitors to re-capitalize another school. Fukushima is the focal point of three major train lines allowing the owner easy access from wherever they choose to live. The school has been in Fukushima for 4 years becoming a fixture in the local community. There is a great deal of goodwill associated with the name of Smith's School of English and it's Fukushima Franchise. Fukushima has a the high concentration of small business owners who also appreciate that we, as foreigners in Japan also have an interest in running a small business. Gievn that you continue to respect the area as we have you can expect they will continue to support the school. These small business owners offer ongoing "word of mouth" advertising and new student introdutions. After work Fukushima is a hotspot for fashionable new boutique restaurants so there is always a great place to go. |

Excellent growth potential as the business center shifts to Fukushima. Should you choose to focus on the Fukushima franchise this will grow will be yours. |
| Support/Training: Full training and support from head office. The head office team are supportive and good at their job. |
| Reason for Selling: I have employed the skills
and training learned within the Smith s School of English Business Mentorship
Program, a study course led by Mark Smith the founder of the franchise
system. These skills have empowered me to establish my own company in Japan
separate to the franchise system. As my company has grown I have had less
and less time to devote to the ongoing expansion and success of Fukushima.
I would like to give someone else the chance to do so. I am also willing
to discuss the option of selling a partnership share in the school to an
active partner in the business. I simply don't have the time. Perhaps you
too are interested in following my path. Start with your franchise, build
your business. If you are ready to take your financial freedom into your
own hands by moving from employment to business ownership then this is
a safe strategy which will not leave you greatly exposed at any time. I
knew nothing of business when I started. Today, I know enough to know I
made the right decision and become a business person. To get going you
need a safe system and good mentorship. This offer provides both. Yours sincerely. Scott Crowe |
