Reason for selling: After 8 years in Osaka and 1 year in South Korea teaching English and running my own franchise business I discovered a great interest in the business side of my franchise. As a result I am currently completing pre-requisite courses to enter the Chartered Accountant’s School of Business and gain a Chartered Accountant designation in Canada. My experiences in Japan and with Smith’s have been invaluable; I met my wife here, earned much more than I paid in over 7 years with Smith’s School of English franchise system. The system is well thought out and I found Smith to be a good advisor and man of his word at all times. I look forward to using the assets I picked up via my Smith’s association to benefit future challenges and learning experiences.
