Job Description

Takarazuka School is a developing school within the Smith's School of English franchise system. We would like to develop a growing presence and profitability in the Takarazuka area. As with all Smith's schools, we provide highly motivated and professional teaching to highly motivated students. The Takarazuka school student body is 100% adult. Children are not taught at this Smith's location at this time; however, we would consider it as this area begs a Smith's kids school. This school is underdeveloped and needs a teacher who wants to grow with the school. There is not much in the way of cash or teaching hours available at this time; however, we are prepared to offer very solid incentives for the teacher who is ready to take on this challenge.

The owner of this school also runs a second Smith's school at very profitable levels and as such will be able to guide the prospective teacher through all that is required to develop the school. The Takarazuka teacher will:

  • Provide high-level instructional quality.
  • Provide leadership in marketing, recruiting, advising and retention efforts.

Required qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated commitment in "coaching of communicative confidence" to an adult Japanese student body using the English language as your medium.
  • Desire to share Smith's School of English's entrepreneurial spirit and continue to build upon Takarazuka's base.

Remuneration

Competitive and commensurate with experience.
